Refund and Returns Policy
We are so confident in our product that we offer a full one-day money-back guarantee. If you find our product I don’t like, is damaged or missing when downloading, we can refund you the price you paid.
Digital files are non-refundable due to the general policy and nature of digital goods. However, please feel free to contact us to resolve any issues with the files or your order.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Download files
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- To finalize your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Certain situations may warrant only partial refunds, if applicable.
As part of our master refund, you must give us enough time to fix the problem. Most issues are resolved within 1 day and if we cannot resolve any within 1 day, we will complete the whole thing.
If you are satisfied with your continued purchase and download of files, please test your product within a one-day period for a satisfaction guarantee. After that time, I can still support any issues with my unlimited support policy, but no refunds.
